The Fotona SMOOTH® Er:YAG modality provides an immediate response that patients will notice. Unlike injectable fillers, the LipLase® treatment is non-invasive and doesn't have any artificial elements, as patients develop their own collagen in their lips. With several adjusted passes, the characteristics of "ideal lips" can be achieved, such as fullness, volume, the correct balance between the upper and lower lips, and a well-defined vermillion border. For even deeper collagen stimulation, the Nd:YAG laser in PIANO mode is used, which is the safest mode to reach deeper skin tissues with minimal thermal effect on the surface.

The Nd:YAG laser from the Dynamis SP & Spectro SP complements the ablative action of the Er:YAG laser by penetrating deeply into the skin to create thermal effects without damaging the skin surface.
