Treatment Mesotherapy A cocktail of nutrients injected directly into the skin to hydrate and revitalize it
What is it?
Over the years, your skin can develop various issues such as scars, acne, wrinkles, or pigmented spots. Finding a skincare routine tailored to your specific needs can require a lot of trial and error. However, one of the most effective advances in skincare is the introduction of mesotherapy. Mesotherapy is an aesthetic procedure aimed at correcting certain skin imperfections, including age-related changes such as wrinkles. Mesotherapy involves injecting a product based on non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and enzymes into the dermis. This procedure is safe and non-surgical. It can be used both in younger clients for prevention and in more mature clients seeking more significant results.
What is the technique?
Mesotherapy is performed using an extremely fine needle, allowing precise injection of active ingredients into the skin. To ensure optimal comfort, a local anesthetic cream is applied to all our patients before the session. Following the injections, small papules, similar to fine droplets of water under the skin, may appear. They disappear spontaneously within 24 to 28 hours and require no special intervention.
What are the expected results?
Mesotherapy visibly improves skin quality, giving it a younger, smoother, and intensely hydrated appearance. Expected results include the reduction of fine lines, optimization of skin radiance, and harmonization of facial contours.
Our results
3 treatments at intervals of 2 to 4 weeks
The effect of a mesotherapy treatment lasts approximately 12 months. It is recommended to have 1 to 2 treatments per year to maintain results.
Microneedling vs Mesotherapy
Microneedling creates micro-injuries to stimulate collagen production and improve skin texture, while mesotherapy directly delivers a cocktail of nutrients into the skin to hydrate and revitalize it.
How to maximize results?
To optimize the benefits of mesotherapy, it is recommended to complement the treatment with the daily use of medical-grade skincare products at home, formulated with highly effective active ingredients. Regular application of appropriate sun protection also remains essential to prevent premature aging and preserve skin health.
Is the treatment safe?
Mesotherapy is a generally safe procedure when performed by a qualified healthcare professional. Adverse effects are rare and, when they occur, are usually mild and temporary, such as slight sensitivity or swelling at the injection site, minor bruising, redness, or temporary itching.
Which areas can mesotherapy be performed on?
Mesotherapy is a versatile treatment that can be applied to various areas of the face and body. The most common indications include:
- Face: forehead, eye contour, cheekbones, cheeks, lip contour, chin
- Neck and decolletage: to improve skin elasticity and hydration
- Scalp: to stimulate growth and strengthen hair
- Hands: to restore firmness and radiance
- Body: areas with skin laxity or loss of tone
Each protocol is tailored to the treated area and the patient's specific goals.
